Who built this
My name is Thomas Madathiparambil. I work as a Project Manager in Professional Services at a Microsoft partner company in the UK. I work on Microsoft 365 implementations - Purview, Entra ID, compliance projects.
I built AccessPulse because I kept seeing the same thing: startups preparing for SOC2 audits, doing their access reviews manually with spreadsheets and screenshots. Same work, every quarter, taking hours. I thought it could be automated.
Why I built it
The actual audit review process is repetitive. Export a user list, cross-reference it against HR, flag anyone who shouldn't have access, take screenshots for the auditor. AccessPulse does that part automatically, every day, so when the auditor asks you don't have to scramble.
A note on trust
This is an early product built by one person. I know connecting a third-party tool to your Microsoft 365 tenant is not a small ask. If you have questions about permissions or data handling that aren't covered on this page, email me directly and I will answer.
