These terms govern your use of AccessPulse (accesspulse.io), operated by Thomas Madathiparambil. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Section 1 - The service
AccessPulse reads your Microsoft 365 tenant data via the Graph API and generates SOC2 access review reports. It is a read-only tool. It makes no changes to your Microsoft 365 environment.
Section 2 - Pricing
AccessPulse is free to use. There are no subscription fees or credit card requirements.
Section 3 - Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect your Microsoft 365 tenant
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your Microsoft 365 environment
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service
Section 4 - No liability for audit outcomes
AccessPulse provides information to help you prepare for a SOC2 audit. We do not guarantee audit success. We are not responsible for outcomes of any audit, certification process, or compliance assessment.
Section 5 - Data and privacy
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy (accesspulse.io/privacy).
Section 6 - Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Section 7 - Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect.
Section 8 - Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
